In 2008, a group of operations consultants led by Rupert Morrison decided there had to be a better way to solve business problems. One which didn't involve working till 3 in the morning in a nightmare of endless Excel Spreadsheets and frustratingly static PowerPoint slides.
To help businesses gain competitive advantage on an ongoing rather than project-by-project basis they knew bringing together operations knowledge with technology could make problem-solving easier and faster. So they merged with technology firm Concentra to create a new business model. One where industry and domain expertise could be combined with analytics and cutting-edge technology to solve business problems faster and deliver sustainable value for organisations.

Focus on doing fewer things at a higher standard
Step 1 - Telephone interview with HR and with a senior consultant. Typical strength based questions. 'Why Concentra?', 'Why this role?'.
Step 2- Assessment Day - At the London Office.
a. HR interviews - more in-depth strength based.
b. Technical Interviews - a mixture of problem-solving questions and strength based questions.
c. Group mini project - situational test.
d. Numerical, abstract and verbal reasoning tests. Fairly tough so practice online!
Step 3 - Presentation Day - Presentation on a topic of your choice to 8 members of senior management and informal discussions with them.
