I worked at Conversant full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good people to work with and have a fun atmosphere. Salaries are OK and the bonus makes it a good place to be.

    Cons

Putney is a bit out of the way from the London 'vibe', and the office can be a bit crowded at times.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing the same as you are and keep hiring good people

    Account Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in London, England
    No Offer
    Negative Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Conversant (London, England) in September 2017.

    Interview

Had 2 telephone interviews and 1 face to face interview which took place over about 4 weeks, with a lot of chasing from me to try and get them organised. Never heard anything back after the face to face interview (literally nothing, not even an email) but they said there were either 2 or 3 more stages after that.
