    Pros

Colleagues great to work with, excellent training and on the job development from management. Great encouragement to achieve targets whilst all working towards separate goals but helping each other achieve.

This is a place that offers fantastic career opportunities and give you a sense of family working together.

Great work life balance, very sociable and even the senior management encourage this and offer advice to support.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cordant Group (London, England) in February 2018.

    Interview

The interview process consisted of a phone screen, video interview and then an on-site where a small NodeJS web app was to be demonstrated. Very basic and technical capability expectation seemed low. The whole process was very relaxed but I found it quite disorganised and at times unprofessional.

Took HR a month after the interview to send through an offer properly. Wasn't happy that I was asked to sign a letter of intent to work for them before they even made a formal offer (I refused to sign).
