Mission: We truly believe that a hand-crafted coffee, served by a Costa Barista should be more than just a drink, it should be an experience. Our teams transform our stores into communities, ready to go the extra mile each day to put a smile on the face of every single customer ...
Best Places to Work: 2017 (#50)
I have been working at Costa part-time (More than a year)
good pay above minimum wage, good progression opportunities, good for students also as the shifts are flexible
franchises don't treat you well and overwork you, whilst trying to get away with underpaying you
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Costa (London, England) in February 2018.
A first interview in a Costa Coffee with the store manager to know the motivation, to speak about the background and experience. After that, the store manager propose a date to have a test and see how you manage in front of the customer.
We're excited to share that today we've opened applications to our General Management Graduate Scheme 2017. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vIb9h
