People are quite rooted to their positions, and many are resistant to change their way of work out of habit. The bank as a whole is slow to change and optimise itself internally.

Management should invest their time and effort in optimising the bank's internal processes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Coutts & Co in December 2017.
HireVue Interview- had to answer nine questions with thirty seconds to think of an answer and then two minutes to record each answer. The questions were all competency based, no technical questions were asked.
