Criteo – Why Work With Us?

We are a global community, united by our contagious energy and hunger for performance. We are challengers, go (Go, GO)-getters, innovators, makers, logicians, and technical magicians. We dissect, debate, and deliberate, dreaming big and aiming high.

Belonging to Criteo means having the freedom to drive your ideas. Taking risks, moving quickly, and enjoying every moment. When you combine our computational power and unparalleled datasets with the intelligence of our people, anything is possible.

From our entrepreneurial beginnings to the success we share today, it’s been a journey of global proportions. But through it all Criteo wouldn’t be the company it is today without the amazing people behind it.

We create impact at scale

We serve 5 billion ads a day. That’s about 4 million requests per second. We push the limits of deep learning and AI. And we don’t plan on slowing down. From intern to engineer, our people make a real impact. As a collective, we are hungry to succeed and push each other to be the best. Sure, it’s a LOT of hard work, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.

We go, Go, GO

We are all about moving quickly, innovating constantly and delivering real change. Here you can take every opportunity and run with it. It’s your chance to drive your ideas and have the freedom to make them happen. In return, we expect you to be all in.

We connect through playful energy

Our best perk is amazing people. While we take our work seriously, we love to have fun and laugh along the way. Every office is filled with equal measures of hard work and playful energy. From yoga to rooftop parties, early morning kale smoothies to late night karaoke sessions – we do it all, together.

I have been working at Criteo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been working here for 1 year now, culture is great. People are genuinely engaged, which is very motivating.
I worked for other public companies before and I have to say Criteo is really good to develop people internally.

    Cons

Right now it's a transitional period, growth isn't what it used to be (you can't have the unicorn's growth forever). But, on the other hand, it's also really exciting to move towards the multiproduct transformation!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Criteo.

    Interview

    - 1 code test sent
    - 1 technical screening with an interviewer, connection was poor on their side. Interviewer was sneaky enough to revert what I was saying and making me saying that a faulty answer was the correct one, felt in the trap, don't really want to deal with this kind of mentality.
