Nothing but pros really. I'll be honest - Croner is a demanding place to work BUT if you are prepared to put the work in then the rewards will come. In terms of benefits we receive a generous annual

Nothing springs to mind. If you want an easy ride it's not the place for you - if you're happy to put the work in then it's great.

Advice to Management

Carry on doing what you're doing. Croner was on it's knees 6 or 7 years ago but the current management team has turned this Company into a thriving and exciting place to work it deserves to be.
