Pros
It wouldn't make any sense to stay at a company for eight years (like I have) if 1) it didn't keep you growing, and 2) it wasn't a special company. Croud is special, for its operation, proposition and place in the market, and also for its people. The leadership bear responsibility for that, and are continually driving to keep it special. The business's growth and innovation has been exceptional from Day 1 and I'm proud to be part of it.
Cons
Croud has become a big, serious business, that still never stops changing. Everyone in the business, including the leadership, learns all the time. That's not really a "Con" though!
