    Pros

I've been with CultureAI for about 18 months and it's the best job I've had by a mile! CultureAI are a remote first company with and office in London and their Head Office in Manchester city centre and you can commute into any office as often or as little as you like (both offices are dog friendly which is an added bonus). The company offers a very warm welcome for any new starter with an easy onboarding process and a nice little hamper of company swag such as hoodies, t-shirts, hats, thermoses, laptop cases etc. When starting, you get the choice of equipment, so whether you’re a Mac or a Windows user so you can work in the way you’re most comfortable with. I’d say no matter which department you work within, management are always happy to hear your thoughts on how things could be done better and not just hear your thoughts, but willing to act on that and give it a go. You are really trusted to do your job here and there isn’t any sense of being micro-managed. If starting early and finishing early works better for yourself – No problem. If you’re a bit of a night owl and prefer to start a bit later and finish a bit later – No problem. Career progression is a huge deal for myself and I have flexible, yet regular check-ins with my direct manager to ensure the goals that I myself have agreed with my manager are on track and hard work is always valued and rewarded. CultureAI offer no-pressure social events for everyone every month (1x in Manchester, 1x in London) which is especially great to get some quality face-to-face time with your more remote colleagues! Generous 30 day holiday entitlement with enhanced maternity and paternity leave. 10/10 - Would recommend

I applied online. I interviewed at CultureAI (Bedford, England) in Jun 2023

      Interview

Had an initial video call with the internal recruiter which went well she explained the role at CultureAI and what they are looking for which I thought I fitted really well. Went to the second stage with the Hiring Manager had a good lengthy fairly informal chat about my experiences which he deep dived into more, question some situations, client and my portfolio management etc. Then we spoke about what I would be expected to do and how I would grow in the role as the business scaled he asked where I saw myself and what I wanted in a career. I was super excited to get the job as it seemed like a role that you can really flourish in! I was told on the call I would be progressed to the 3rd and final stage, which would had been a task but I would have to wait a week to have the next interview, this was nice they communicated this to me as a lot of places would just not tell you and leave you hanging! But during that week I was waiting I found out they had offered the role to another candidate. All in all they communicated well with me and was very open and they made me feel at ease and excited for the role! Disappointed I was told I would be progressed but I would have to wait a week only to find out I wasn't really in with a chance! But it was a good experience interview wise.
