Interview
The process of receiving an interview offer was very prompt. Prior to the interview, I was asked to prepare a small task which was based on looking at examples of effective marketing strategies.

The interview itself consisted of three distinct parts: competency based questions which related back to the skills listed in the job description, i.e. "how do you manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines"; an informal conversation based on the small task I had to prepare and questions which linked to my CV.

The interview was virtual and overall I thoroughly enjoyed the process; my interviewers were very friendly and I was able to engage in a good conversation with them. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer, however the HR assistant was kind enough to send me feedback on my interview which was very helpful!

We will be using our collective distance travelled through daily exercise as the engine, bringing together colleagues from all continents. Last week was this year's #StrategyWeek here at Czarnikow. We've shared new ideas, reviewed projects and reconnected with the core strategies at the heart of everything we do. As we move into some new and exciting chapters for the company, it was encouraging to be reminded of the teamwork, entrepreneurship and support that runs through the business.
