Very Customer Experience focused. Very Employee Engagement focused. Benefits are great and start on the first day as a Board Employee. New hire orientation is just right - big picture and how you contribute.
If you need to replace your badge - it costs a large chunk of money.
Parking can be a challenge, but they do provide a bus to take you from the terminal to the employee parking lot.
Advice to Management
Keep engaging the employees and set expectations in the actual position right up front. Training by co-workers can be less than you are expecting, so a level up might be a better choice for the on-the-job training.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at DFW International Airport in April 2015.
Interview was very basic. Applied online .Did get a message after 3 weeks .Asked simple questions.Why you want to work for G4S?It took all together about 30 minutes.On the end you need to write down max 50 words.I would recommend to know info about the company.so far good company
