Keep up the core culture of TCF - treating customers fairly and TSF - treating staff fairly.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DJS (UK) Limited (Bournemouth, England) in August 2018.
Very straightforward two stage process. An initial competency based interview with the CEO, Finance Director and General Manager. The second stage was more of an informal chat about the role and the company expectations around targets and performance.
The company gave honest information about the business and it's values making the decision from my side very easy. I'm glad to confirm what was outlined during interview is exactly how it is once employed.
