Advice to Management
Keep up the core culture of TCF - treating customers fairly and TSF - treating staff fairly.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DJS (UK) Limited (Bournemouth, England) in February 2018.
After an initial screening call with the Office Manager, I was invited in for a face-to-face interview in their Bournemouth offices. Meeting with the Biz Dev Manager and IT Director, I felt that we had a really positive and constructive first stage interview. At the end of the interview, I was told that they would like to invite me back for a second stage interview. After almost 3 weeks, the Office Manager passed me across to another member of the team stating that the team would still like to meet and apologising for the lengthy delay. A week on I recieved an email stating that the team "...did not want to go any further with this." - putting an end to the recruitment process for me.
A really poor and unprofessional experience overall and very disappointed in this organisation. A total lack of respect for candidates in my view, and an approach that in my experience should make you think twice about applying for any vacancy that they advertise.
