I have been working at Daisy Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible working and good support structure and opportunities for progression if you work hard

    Cons

The company has many experienced and talented people but we dont always use the talent across the whole business. I feel if we leveraged their knowledge across other parts of the business we could deliver an even better service

    Advice to Management

Use the good talent we have in a more structured way

    Account Manager Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Daisy Group (London, England) in June 2019.

    Interview

Daisys internal recruiter set up a call with the hiring manager and myself - when i joined it turns out there were 3 sales managers on the call.

Call went very well but they declined to move forward and i quote word for word "Because you earn too much money currently"

Daisy did not want to move forward because I was too good at selling (doing my job)
