Dayshape Reviews

Pros
Offers hybrid or remote working, systems work well to support this and the Edinburgh based office is a great environment. Genuinely passionate about employees living the company values, it’s refreshing to work in a team and collaborating with other teams full of bright, motivated and positive people. Remuneration is transparent and fair, ongoing learning and development is highly encouraged and the management really seem to care about their staff. Regular socials, supportive colleagues and always improving, coming out of the honeymoon period as a newish start and the shine hasn’t worn off! The product is market leading so attracts high profile customers, making the delivery interesting and rewarding.
Cons
Company is growing fast so hope to keep the values as entrenched as they currently are. Nothing of not to report as a con… though be aware among such a strong team the standards are high and so are the expectations - if you are motivated by excellence you are supported to achieve it.

Interview
I applied online through their website and got an email from the recruiter to meet virtually. I was excited for this company because the review on Glassdoor was 4.7 stars and the product looked awesome. I thought this could have really been a great opportunity. However, when interviewing with the recruiter I knew something was off. She showed up late, no apologies and when I asked questions durning the interview she got upset and asked if I was done with my questions, so should could ask her next questions. I was taken aback, but didn't let it show on my face. She looked like she was reading off another screen and kept repeating her questions and didn't know what a CSM role is. I do not think the interview was professional nor do I feel like the recruiter knew what she was doing. Once the interview was done I knew it wasn't the right fit me.InterviewWhy Dayshape?
