    Flight Attendant Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Atlanta, GA
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview

I applied through an employee referral The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2018

    Applied - 8/13/2018
    1st Assessment - 8/13/2018
    Video Interview Invitation - 8/30/2018 (Completed 8/31/18)
    2nd Assessment - 9/11/2018

I am now currently waiting to hear back a bout the next step in the process. From what I am reading on here, there is a Virtual Interview that happens next and then the F2F (Face-to-face).

The Video Interview was fairly easy. Make sure you answer all questions asked in STAR format. Delta is very big on this. All questions can be found on here. Once you start the interview, you have unlimited chances to record your answer. Dress the part, smile and allow your personality to shine.

From what my buddy is telling me (He is currently a flight attendant for Delta), the interview process is very different this year compared to previous ones. He also informed me that training for all new flight attendants being interviewed and offered positions wont be trained till January at the earliest.

I have included the exactly questions that were asked on the Video Interview below.

VI : From the video that we sent you, what did you find interesting, concerning or exiting about the life of a Flight Attendant?

Every year around Valentine's Day, we celebrate the spirit behind Delta - our employees. It’s no secret 2020 was filled with turbulence, and our people have been the constant carrying Delta through. Almost 40 years ago, during another trying time, Delta’s first Boeing 767 became a flying symbol of Delta’s pride and culture – named The Spirit of Delta. Last week, we celebrated our people with a new Spirit to guide us into 2021 and beyond. Ship 3502, an Airbus A350, is being dedicated to all Delta employees worldwide for their continued resilience and indomitable spirit during the coronavirus pandemic. To the world’s best employees – thank you. You are the ones that helped us Keep Climbing, together, during this historic time. The Delta Spirit is ready to welcome new travelers aboard and connect the world once again.
