Pros
Amazing family feel office, really made to feel accepted by all teams.
Very rewarding, they really recognise hard work.
Flexible hours and remote working to fit around your schedule
Line Management and MD's are very approachable and friendly and really care.
Cons
Office can be a bit cold, thats about it
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Dept (London, England) in August 2019.
Interview
They ghosted me. I had a phone call interview with the recruiter that went well and then was invited to come in to have an interview with the managing director. That seemed to have gone well I was told there will be two interviews after that (one presentation and one with a member of the team) and that the hiring manager would contact me with next steps. I sent a follow-up email a week later and still didn't hear anything, its been about 3 weeks now and still nothing. waste of time
