InterviewI was asked to deliver a 10 minute presentation. The presentation topic was provided on the day and I had 30 minutes to prepare. After delivering the presentation to a panel of two there was a Q&A session followed by a structured competency based interview.
The questions were based on a national competency framework detailed in the job description. They were typical competency type questions. e.g. Tell me about a time you've identified an innovative solution to a problem in the workplace.Answer Question
