    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Dermalogica.

    Interview

Quite a lengthy process but very professional and friendly too. Brief telephone interview followed by a Skype interview (also a short video explaining why I wanted the job) with presentation and finally a trade test and show around.

We have taken many steps to support professional skin therapists during #covid19, including the development and launch of a new Clean Touch Certification program. BeautyMatter reports on the actions we have taken so far. “We have 20,000 small businesses worldwide and it is our responsibility to help them open in a safe way,” said Aurelian Lis, Dermalogica CEO. #backintouch #beautyindustry #dermalogica #skincare #coronavirus

  • We celebrated the opening of our new R&D lab at HQ last month, bringing much-needed space to support our acceleration in innovation. The new lab added 50% more square footage, offering room for formulation development, quality control testing, and science education. Founder Jane Wurwand, CEO Aurelian Lis, and Head of R&D Dr. Angela Murphy kicked off the celebration with a ribbon cutting and recognition of the hard-working team who bring Dermalogica’s professional-grade products to life. #innovation #leadership #management
