I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Despegar.com (Buenos Aires (Argentina)) in December 2011.
They were 5 interviews. First with HR's people, then they ask to code some algorithmic problems. Then an interview with a Software Development guy. It was basically to check the CV and some software design questions, also we wanted to check some of my background knowledge. After that I had 2 more interviews with Managers.
