Interview2 stages. 1st interview was quite relaxed. More of a fact finding exercise for both parties. 2nd interview was focussed more around my performance in previous companies. They just want to know facts. No stupid questions.. and any decent recruiter would find this quite a comfortable interview.. really enjoyed meeting with the 2 directors and one of the heads of divisions..
