I have been working at Dimension Data full-time

The people who work here, inspire me regularly to be better and do things differently. The combination of superb technical skills, focus on the best interests of our clients, 'can do' attitudes & strong team-oriented behaviours are quite simply, second to none. I cannot recall a single instance where, if I've reached out to someone for advice / support / guidance, that I haven't received the help needed. Again, this only serves to encourage me to adopt that very same approach wherever support is needed.

There is so much going on across all the various parts of the business, and so many info channels open to us, that sometimes it can be difficult to keep up. That said, these info channels are all configurable. It's just a case of turning the volume up or down as & when needed.

    Difficult Interview

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Dimension Data (Fleet, South East England, England) in April 2009.

The hiring process was fairly quick, about 3 weeks from 1st call to offer. I had two interviews and lots of technical questions were asked. There were really hard, but I must have done ok. The offices were nice and the interviews were relaxed. Sometimes I think the delays were my agent.
