Company Updates

Today marks the start of Global Learning Month for everyone here at Domino! 📅 🎓 This initiative aims to support Domino’s learning culture, raise awareness of the different learning and development opportunities across the company, and inspire our team to take ownership of their own improvement journey. Learning and development is about more than textbooks and exams. This month we’re all being encouraged to enjoy the experience and expand our knowledge – and we hope the wide range of resources, activities, and interactive sessions that we’ll provide throughout February will help us to achieve this. Hear more about Global Learning Month from Emma Payne, Head of Leadership & Talent at Domino 👇 #DominoDoMore #GlobalLearningMonth #Learning #LearningAndDevelopment #CompanyCulture

At Domino we #ChooseToChallenge inequality, and are forging an inclusive and equal work culture this #IWD2021. Attracting women into #STEM careers, supporting them back into the workplace, and developing future female leaders is our priority. Sharon Budworth MCIPD, HR Director for UK & EMEA and her team of HrRebels are positively challenging bias in recruitment and breaking down barriers.

Domino Printing Reviews

Pros
I am lucky as I have a great Manager. Domino is constantly looking for ways to make Domino a great place to work. Implemented a great Well being/Mental Health team including a Menopause policy for examples! We have implemented hybrid working (where possible) which is working well for most. The Exec team are all approachable and keen to listen to new ideas you have. They have just recently renovated the head office which is great. opportunities to buy and sell holiday, life insurance, medical insurance and access to a Green Car Scheme, I am sure I have probably missed something. There is also many avenues for career development with access to lots of on line courses on the Domino Academy.
Cons
It is a shame that group roles have a higher salary than if you work for a Channel.
