    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Doris (Liverpool, England) in June 2018.

    Interview

Sent CV through the website and received a telephone call from a very friendly person asking for a telephone interview.
The telephone interview was 20 minutes long and just ran through my CV and interests. Was then invited to the assessment day where there were 8 other candidates in attendance. Dress code is smart but the atmosphere was very laid back and friendly. Felt as though they genuinely wanted to get the best out of you.
On the day there was a face to face interview with myself and two Doris staff members, an English test and Maths test, and a group activity. None of the tests were difficult and it was clear there was no intention of trying to catch anyone out.
Try to stay relaxed, smile and let yourself shine.
