    very easy interview just asked to see my certificates, asked me how I would approach customers and asked me to take part in a role play on the shop floor, the customer being played by another staff member, she was really nice, the staff were all really nice, after the role play they said i had passed the assessment & i would have an offer within a fortnight, it was so easy and i recommend them to anyone
