Mission: To enable businesses to grow and reimagine themselves by becoming advocates and champions for their Customers.
We can’t do this without great people, led by strong values.
Earlier this month we were proud to attend the Diversity in Grocery event as a major sponsor, alongside Tesco, Mondelez International, Coca Cola European Partners, Accenture UK, P&G and many more. We hosted a speed networking session on building a Diversity & Inclusion strategy sharing what we learned from year one. We’ve designed a handy D&I toolkit, outlining 10 practical actions to help shape the strategy in your organisation. Download a copy here -> http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMX5T

Diversity and inclusion
dunnhumby's spirit of community and the diversity of our people's skills, backgrounds and experiences makes us stronger. We continuously seek to build an environment of inclusion, equality and respect because we know that will make us the best business we can be.
For us, diversity and inclusion (D&I) is not just about a series of initiatives, it's about changing behaviours, challenging norms and embedding skills into all areas of our business – a thread that runs through everything we do at dunnhumby.
For us, reward is more than just our salary. From the every-day thank yous for a job well done to the social get-togethers for the fun-lovers; it's working in great offices, with even greater people - networking globally to collaborate, innovate and deliver value.
We also have a host of professional, social, and financial benefits tailored to suit the needs of each of the countries in which we work.
Whether you’re looking for a valuable short-term experience or stepping into your first job, dunnhumby offers a number of opportunities tailored to smart, ambitious students and recent graduates. Many of our senior leaders in the business today started out in one of our programmes.
From summer internships to accelerated training and role rotation, we strive to make our university programmes challenging and rewarding. Your first few weeks are in intensive, jump-start training to develop your understanding of dunnhumby’s ways of working, the use of our tools and capabilities, the FMCG and retail industry, and technical training on the tools we use to customise our work for our clients.
We are also building an exciting apprenticeship scheme which will create a sustainable pipeline of new talent for our business. This is a unique opportunity to offer jobs and training to digital natives who want to pursue a career in the Tech, Insight and Media space.
For Interns: Gain in-depth exposure to our work, adding value in projects over a three-month period. This is a great scheme to explore if dunnhumby is the place for you and to be considered for a place on one of our graduate programmes. The Summer Intern Programme is available in UK, US & India.
For Graduates: Our 18-month rotational programmes in Technology and Commercial are designed to give graduates breadth and depth of exposure across our business areas. The knowledge and experience that comes from this will set you up as future innovators and individuals who will be fast tracked into leadership roles within our key businesses. Some of the programmes we offer include: Graduate Development Programme (US) and Graduate Training Programme (UK & India).
Meet our graduates and interns
I have been working at Dunnhumby full-time (Less than a year)
Ambitious company, great culture, good community, smart people, good tech stack, everyone is helpful, good work/life balance, flexible hours, early finish Fridays - all in all, a decent place to work
For people in tech, there is no official training offered, it's very much you learn on the job, which is good (and often better) in many ways, but to compliment that by offering proper training would be highly useful and effective. Allowing employees a training budget and some say over how to spend it would be beneficial. The company is growing and changing a lot, which means sometimes it can feel unstable and uncertain, but I suppose that is inevitable for a company trying to grow.
