Pros
There is never a dull day at EG. There is lots to do but it is an interesting and varied workload and there are lots of projects to get involved with. If you are a proactive and self-driven individual, I feel you can shine at EG and will be rewarded for your successes. I have met lots of people who have worked their way up within the company and there is encouragement and support to train and learn new things both on the job and through other routes such as professional training support and access to a free online learning portal.
Cons
Sometimes you need to juggle priorities but to be fair this is no different from the other large organisations I have worked within and there is certainly management support and the priorities are clear which is great
