    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ELEXON (London, England, England) in Sep 2018


    Initially a phone interview with HR following my submission as a candidate through an agency.

    In-person interview with the person for whom I would be covering maternity, and her boss the CFO Head of Proserv.

    Generalised conversational approach so that they could garner whether I had the experience (which my CV and time as an FM indicated) and would maintain continuity whilst I was in the role. I had no doubt from the moment we started chatting that I was the strongest and most suitable candidate to help them and they were both very positive that I could bring much needed determination and strength to a challenging role.
