I have been working at ESP full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I joined ESP because of its values/morals - a recruitment company that really cares about the candidates/clients needs and making a difference in their lives.

Leaving full-time education was a massive culture shock, ESP really helped adjust me to this. The company is a diverse bunch of people who all made me feel really welcome and supported, as well as offering constant training on the job - never feel like I can't ask for help if I'm struggling.

Also loads of great incentives rolling weekly: quarter targets for holidays, early finishes and cash prizes etc., all motivating and encourage the collaborative nature of the office

    Cons

Long hours are often expected/necessary meaning that it can be difficult to balance work/personal life when things aren't going so well - but I've also received a lot of support from the management for this

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing - recruitment is tough but you really work hard to support us and make it an enjoyable place to work
