I have been working at EVEN Hotels full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very relaxing as most people are asleep. Audit is fairly easy to understand and achieve balance. Great for night owls and people who work best alone.

    Cons

Lots of downtime, no one to talk to some nights. You can have crazy guests at time (Drunk, sexual harrassment etc).

Also the likely hood of you getting any vacation time as a full-time auditor is slim, and calling off for even being sick is difficult as you're usually the only one who is trained to do the job or willing to come in that time of night. You need to have good attendance.

I'm just listing possible cons and some inconveniences. Nothing that made me want to leave the job.
