We are a global team of 6,000 visionaries, doers, and makers. Our portfolio of over 25 brands touches lives in more than 50 countries. Together, we reimagine good mornings and endless summers, beauty and bonding, confidence and determination.
From baby to body, Edgewell is passionate about making the little moments leading up to the big memories just a little bit easier. Simply, we aim to make the products that families rely on more inspired, more personal, and more trustworthy—so they can devote that much more energy to the people they care about most.
We are reimagining personal care.
Edge expresses our drive to always be on the leading edge of innovation and deliver meaningful advantages over competitive products. It also evokes the rich heritage of our largest global business, shaving, which is quite literally about putting an edge on blades.
Well reflects our ultimate goal, as a personal care business, to deliver wellbeing for the people who use our products. It speaks to our commitment that everything we create is well designed and well made.
Together, they form the perfect name for our new company: Edgewell Personal Care. The innovative challenger in the world of personal care products.
As you’ve already seen from our name, we pride ourselves on being challengers. The hummingbird is the ultimate challenger of the natural world—fast, agile, and innovative, small but strong and resourceful. It packs a punch well beyond its size.
Like our brands, the hummingbird also surprises and delights, making people feel happy.
It’s an emotionally engaging symbol that expresses our vision, mission, and values.
We’re more than employees—we’re colleagues.
At Edgewell Personal Care, we believe that everyone, from shareholder to consumer, benefits when we nurture passion, encourage curiosity, and inspire experimentation in our work. That’s why we not only encourage our colleagues to take on new projects, roles, and responsibilities but also promote professional growth through training and development.
This principle of partnership guides every decision we make, every interaction we have, and every product we create. We strive to attract, motivate, and retain the best talent and maintain a best-in-class work culture—a nimble organization guided by values that fosters innovation.
And we’re passionate about making that commitment real, whether through our inspiring workspaces or in our competitive benefits.
Our values keep us honest. They govern our collaborations with our colleagues, our partnerships with our customers, and our connection to our consumers. As we blaze new trails, these values are the beacon that keep us on course.
To be the best.
Do the right thing.
Lead by example.
But these aren’t just words on a page, we live them. They define our expectations—of our products, our company, and ourselves.
Whether it’s joining one of our 70+ global offices, plants, or warehouses, shaping an innovative brand, or engaging with colleagues across title and function, there are many rich opportunities for growth at Edgewell. Our approachable culture begins with our leadership team, who believe that each colleague contributes to our mission and helps us live up to our vision. We’re committed to colleague development —because a successful company thrives by nurturing individual career paths.

I worked at Edgewell Personal Care full-time
Fantastic talented people who individually make a significant impact on the organisation and are fully exposed to the financial levers in the organisation.
Not as agile in changing to market challenges considering the medium size of the business.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Edgewell Personal Care (New Haven, CT (US)).
Two rounds of interview. Employers are nice and friendly. Questions are not hard. They also give us a tour around the factory. However, they decide not to recruit clinical research coop this year for some reason, and did not reach back for several weeks, did not rely on email or phone calls, which is a little frustrated, but finally, we get in touch which makes me relief.
