I have been working at Edgewell Personal Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone was very welcoming when I joined and asked me how I was getting on. There was a good induction with opportunities to meet most of the key people in the UK team without being bombarded with too much information. There have been lots of sharing of good and interesting information about the company across a range of areas (not just sales & marketing) and their is a positive vibe about the office. Very friendly, very open, with positive feedback encouraged. I also get the feeling that this is part of the culture rather than something just being paid lip-service to. They are flexible with employees and recognise a good work-life balance is important and offer benefits which reflect this.

    Cons

I am very busy, often getting in earlier and staying later than my contracted hours and often feel that there aren't enough hours in the day to keep on top of all the tasks I have. Sometimes it is not clear where responsibilities lie for certain areas, which makes the job more difficult and frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Value all of your people, not just the ones making the big decisions or looking after the key customers. Thank them for their efforts and reward them for their contribution to the business as a whole.
