    I interviewed at Elastic in June 2018.

    Interview

    First chat with HR about role, proccess etc.
    After that, they sent me a link to online test. Very simple, it contained questions about testing, multithreading and a few alhorithms. Nothing difficult.

    After 1 week there was still no response so I sent an email. I got a short information that I have not been selected. I asked about providing me some guidance so I can improve myself. Unfortuantelly they didin't answer anything and I dont know what was wrong in my test. I think it's fair to expect some feedback about 2h of my time - I would really like to improve my skills and learn.
