Mission: We’re leading the charge to professionalise talent acquisition.
Poor professional standards have generally resulted in a poor reputation and lack of respect for the talent acquisition industry.
We’re determined to ...
We partner with the world’s most exciting talent acquisition teams, helping them solve their biggest challenges.
When we say partner, we really mean it. You’ll be deeply embedded in our partners’ talent functions, with the autonomy to make decisions by their side, build long-term relationships and create truly meaningful impact.
So, if you’ve got the desire to problem solve, the hunger to keep learning, and the humility to be a real team player, we’ll provide you the variety, the training and the support in which you’ll develop a complete consultancy skillset. It’s a fun and friendly, fast-paced culture in which you’ll grow quicker than you ever thought possible.
We’re a global, rapidly-growing business driven to do things differently – setting new standards, and building pride in our profession. In short, we’re changing the perception of the industry and our people are at the forefront.
Join us and be part of something deeply different.
I have been working at Elements Talent Consultancy full-time
- Complete autonomy and freedom to work in your own way
- Amazing benefits, including genuine flexible working
- Work with fantastic partners
- Office space is great
- Pay is great
- Sometimes too much pressure to get involved in activities outside of day-to-day role
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Elements Talent Consultancy (London, England) in January 2017.
I reached out to a friend and former colleague to ask how things are, she informed me that it was unlike anything she'd experienced before and asked if i'd be interested in potentially joining. I was contacted for a 20-30 informal chat with a team member in which we discussed my current work situation, my domain knowledge and personal aspects of my life such as interests and passions. I was then brought onsite to meet members of the lead team including my now CEO, all in all a very painless and welcoming experience.
I was completely sold on the culture and values so the negotiations were fairly short.
