I have been working at Eligo Recruitment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Eligo offer you the opportunity to build your desk the way you feel it should be done, they offer you the support and encouragement needed to succeed in what can be a brutal industry. Whilst many agencies can be cut throat Eligo offer an environment that thrives on progression and success. Management are continuously looking to acknowledge the win’s no matter how big or small, whether you are a junior consultant looking to break into the business or a senior looking to take your billings to the next level Eligo will offer the right road map to help you achieve your goals.

    Cons

Maybe a better office from which to sell the brand like other agencies, which is actually in progress so apart from that, I can't think of any.

    Advice to Management

They are very transparent, so can’t really fault them.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Eligo Recruitment (Wimbledon, England) in October 2014.

    Interview

I was approached by the company after having applied for a job through them 6 months prior and asked if I would like to interview for the role. The interview process included an informal sit down with the Marketing Manager and Director, and was followed by a second stage which included a couple of marketing tasks to show my skills such as a writing task, marketing and social strategy question, and a brainstorm of ideas. I later found out this was the area that won me the job and an opportunity to showcase your ability past simply an interview that not many other companies I interviewed for offered.

Feedback was great and offered even after being employed, the process was smooth and quick, and everyone I met very welcoming and accomodating.
