    The structured management trainee program gives you the skills to run your own business quickly. Promotion from within is based on ability and results rather than tenure. You get to work with teams of people who are friendly and happy to help you with your development..


    As with most graduate jobs you get out what you put in. Being in the service sector there is shift and weekend work. This works for me as it is flexible.

    It was a telephone interview after initial application form which was completed online. The interview process asked competency type questions such as team work, communication, customer service, selling. After telephone interview there’s an assessment day and a final interview.
