Did you know that since 2017, Enterprise employees have helped food banks pack more than 333,700 pounds of food? Food banks are a huge help for those struggling with food insecurity. But they can’t always provide 100% of what is needed by those who rely on them. According to FareShare, nearly 8.4 million people experience hunger in the U.K. alone that’s equal to the entire population of London. That’s why Enterprise is proud to continue working to end hunger through the Enterprise Holdings Foundation’s Fill Your Tank initiative. Together, we can expand the reach of what food banks can do and accomplish more to aid those in need.

Hey y’all need help evaluating and gathering ideas for a counter offer. For context I’m a manager 8 YOE at mid tier not big 4, but top 10) firm doing digital transformation consulting. Got an offer from a start up (series D, unicorn) Role: enterprise architecture Base: $155k Equity: $50k over 4 years (1 year Cliff at 25%) 401k: no match This brings TC to $167.5k per year which feels low to me as I was expecting much closer to $200k for TC. I’m ok with the base but equity seems low. Thoughts?

The salary is one of the biggest pro’s especially if your money motivated as your commission isn’t capped.

One of the biggest cons is that of the hours - scheduled to finish at 5pm however sometimes you may need to stay a little later and work every other weekend.
