Enterprise is pledging $250,000 in support of the Red Cross' efforts in northern California, where many of our employees and their communities are facing damage caused by raging wildfires. We're also using our fleet of vehicles to aid in recovery efforts. Here's how: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQICs
We're inspired by Pam Nicholson's 35-year journey from Management Trainee to CEO of Enterprise Holdings, and we're not the only ones. @Glassdoor recently featured Pam on their list of Top Women CEOs in 2018! http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQ1Io

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)
Love the people and the atmosphere in the branch. The number of promotional opportunities is crazy as well. People are constantly getting promoted and everyone just wants to work hard and be recognised for that. I can already see that you get out what you put in. You are learning to run your own business and the management team are really passionate about what they do.
The hours are long and can be unpredictable but what do you expect when you work in retail? It is a very customer service orientated environment and our customers seem to be exceptionally demanding but nothing beats the buzz of getting a great customer service score and you get a bonus too!
Advice to Management
It’s great to see upper management out in the branches please keep this up!
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise (Carmarthen, Wales) in May 2017.
Firstly I submitted my application and then had a telephone interview. The telephone interview was fairly challenging and I was required to demonstrate my attributes for the role. Following on from the phone interview I attended a branch for another interview, and a tour of the branch. It was good to see how the branch operated first hand. After being successful with the branch visit I attended an assessment centre at the Cardiff headquarters. The assessment centre involved taking part in a logical thinking exercise where we had to plan the day at a branch. followed by sales and customer service role plays and a final interview.
