I have been working at Enzen full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I joined Enzen because I wanted to work for a global company that was committed to tackling 21st century challenges like water scarcity, climate change and the rise of AI. Enzen hasn't disappointed - there's a genuine passion here for collaborating on new solutions that benefit the common good. With offices opening around the world and the company growing rapidly, it's a really exciting time to be part of the Enzen family. The offices are smart and accessible, the people are friendly and you even get a free lunch every day!

    Cons

When a company grows so quickly like Enzen, it inevitably experiences growing pains as everyone adapts to almost continual change. It's challenging at times so you need to be flexible, open-minded and learn to roll with it.

    Advice to Management

Keep going! Enzen has the potential to be hugely influential organisation in the energy and water industry. Embedding our vision and values throughout the business will inspire other companies in our sector.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Enzen in April 2015.

    Interview

No Face to Face Interview. Just a casual telephonic discussion as they badly look for people who can join on immediate basis, in spite of this fact they offer very low salary, which is not at all up to market standards. They ask the candidate to get their own laptop for office work on the day of joining and expect the person to work form his/her own's laptop during their tenure with the company.
