    Pros

Teaching hospital with very diverse patients. Great health insurance!

    Cons

Large caseload and stressful work. Managers are often promoted from clinical positions and they do not usually have management experience.

    Advice to Management

Please train new supervisors on how to manage effectively.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Eskenazi Health (Indianapolis, IN (US)) in May 2017.

    Interview

I was called in for a first interview that was just with the director of the program and two team members. I was then called back for a second interview with the whole team. Both felt relatively welcoming and the team seemed excited to meet me. The biggest downside was how long it took after that second interview to get the job offer.
