I have been working at Esri full-time

    Pros

Benefits are amazing, work environment is semi professional while most everyone tends to act very casual towards to each other.

    Cons

Advancement is slow, but management does tend to work with you to help prepare you for your next role you might be interested in.

The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Esri.

    Interview

Initial phone interview was followed up with five, one hour interviews (in one day). It left you with a good sense of the people who worked there and what they did.

Technical questions were simple what is a ... type thing.
