    Pros

    Excellent training & mentoring, working alongside highly experienced consultants with in-depth understanding of their markets. Good network of strong client and candidate relationships and great commission structure.

    Cons

    Difficult industry and markets to enter with no prior experience, although this is balanced out by the one-to-one mentoring from senior consultants

    I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Etonwood (London, England) in August 2017.

    Interview

    Approached by a recruiter before going forward with the interview. Met with the MD and then a second interview with the other Directors. Final skype interview with Non-Exec. Took around a month from initial meeting with recruiter to final offer. Straight forward process with regular contact.
