    Workplace Specialist Interview

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Etsy (London, England) in June 2018.

Long process and quite intense but that wasn`t a problem and I was enjoying talking to so many different people in the company - must have interviewed with 6 different people in total by the time I got to the final stage. What was really frustrating was that I was given very positive feedback throughout the interviewing process and was feeling like they absolutely love me, and after the final stage I received an email from an HR person wanting to arrange a call to discuss salary, holiday and what benefits I would be receiving. I wasn`t told that this is part of the process so naturally, I thought that they are about to make me an offer.... I had the call, we negotiated salay and dicussed all the practicalities and then a few days after.... a dry email to say I was`t successful!! No feedback, no explanation, none of the extreme entushiasm I was shown before....nothing! What on earth happened?
