Mission: The International Multilingual Recruitment Specialists
I worked at Euro London Appointments full-time (More than a year)
Great benefits and incentives even if you're not billing loads!
The people at Euro London are great, there are a few core members that keep the job enjoyable. YOU NEED them in recruitment because it is tough.
Very sociable bunch, I found my week night social life was great!
You can earn good money but you need a great pipeline of clients and roles.
It is a 360 degree recruitment role so you need to make sure you're balancing your candidate management and prospecting for new clients
Hours are long at times, but you get back what you put in!
Tough building up your own desk but worth it when you get the commission!
Advice to Management
New systems are probably needed!
Hire more salesy people!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Euro London Appointments (London, England) in July 2016.
2 interviews - met my prospective team, asked why recruitment, why I thought I would be good at it, what I liked about the company, what division I saw myself in, what I knew about the industry
