    Pros

Amazing! Never worked in a place where even after a year everyday is motivating, exciting and with new challenges! When talking about prosperity, when talking about room for growth and recognition in the work place; you must mention Executive Enterprise in todays world!

    Cons

Worst thing that may happen is you grow as an individual and gain skills for the outside world that will always be effective!

    Advice to Management

Student mentality, Work ethic, personal Motivation, and will is what take you furthest in our business! Can't wait for more entrepreneur minded people to join us in route to their success!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Executive Enterprise.

    Interview

Walked in and sat in lobby. Filled out a few pre-interview questions. (What do you like about this company, do you have any questions). They also gave you a sheet detailing the company and position and an interview rubric for the interviewer, which was very helpful to look at. Interviews with one person for about 15-20 min. Really nice guy.

    Interview Questions

    • How are you in the elements? (Rain, snow, etc)   1 Answer
    • What attracted you to this company?   1 Answer
    • Have you checked out our website and social media pages?   1 Answer

    Reasons for Declining

Moved on to the next round of interviews but decided not to continue because the position was not what I thought it was.
