    Business Analyst Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Singapore (Singapore)

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Exyte Group (Singapore (Singapore)) in August 2019.

    Interview

Applied through LinkedIn for the position of Business Analyst in Singapore. I received a call from Singapore HR few weeks after the submission of application. First telephonic with HR was basic understanding of profile and typical HR questions. Followed by a face to face interview scheduled with manager (assistant to the general manager). After successful second round I was called for a third round to office for interview with the hiring manager who had flew in from Germany for few days to Singapore. He asked to undertake a test for analytic skill check which I successfully completed.

The worst part of the hiring process -
    1. I came down 2 times to the far end of Singapore spending 40$ each time (80$ 2 times)
    2. I followed up when I didn't hear back but there was no reply. highly unprofessional.
