    Head Office Advisory Role Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in London, England
    No Offer
    Negative Experience

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Four Seasons Health Care (London, England).

    Interview

I was called to interview via an agency which included 20 questions on your technical knowledge of your specialist area. Very straight forward just testing the basics. I was then contacted a few days later and asked back for 2nd interview which was competency based and cultural fit. I passed this and then I was informed I had to go through a 3rd interview with a senior colleague. This lasted 40 minutes and assurances were given I'd be given feedback. Surprisingly I heard nothing. After 3 days out for going through process. Overall I formed a very negative opinion of the company and concluded they don't focus / care on candidate journey. I would urge caution if considering applying.

  • A few weeks ago Jenny Rayner, Personal Activity Leader (PAL) climbed five active volcanoes in just seven days to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK. As this week is ‘Dementia Action Week’ we thought we would share with you Jenny’s story as we catch up with her just days after she completed this extraordinary expedition. Jenny also shares her personal experiences’ as sadly she lost her father to early on-set Alzheimer’s. "...I look at it as though, every time something happens, like with my dad every time he lost something it was like another step, or another mountain, or hurdle he had to face - and now I’m facing those mountains for him, in his memory.” http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQKz9
