The league shows Britain's private companies with the fastest-growing international sales and Frank Recruitment Group came in 86th place. Brilliant effort!!

We offer one of the most generous uncapped commission structures in the recruitment industry. Like all sales and recruitment jobs, this is dependent on how much revenue you generate.

Securing candidate placements is challenging and time consuming, so successful recruiters can earn anywhere from $100,000-$250,000 before moving into more senior positions.

All of our consultants are targeted on two placement deals per month, yielding $100,000 earnings, with many consultants earning far in excess of this.


Niche I.T. recruiters typically earn more than generalist recruiters because they require a greater level of technical and market knowledge, which means our consultants earn higher margins on candidate placements.

Successful recruiters are often fast-tracked to management to allow them to scale the skillset they have mastered.

When you join us as a Trainee, we assume that you have no recruitment, sales or technical experience. Our immersive one month ‘Frank University’ course will teach you everything you need to know to become a confident recruitment superhero.

Our new employees spend the first month of their Frank Recruitment Group career at Frank University, which is our intensive training course that sets our new consultants up for success.     I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time


    The various FRG brands are leaders in the niche IT recruitment markets they operate in so whichever team you're in you have access to the huge candidate database and ready-made clients. The company's brand, advertising spend and big presence at tech conferences helps massively when building your market.

    The offices in Newcastle are great. They moved into the new office in Summer 17 and they are huge, have big breakout areas, kitchens, free fruit and they're really central. They've just taken another two floors so there's now around 300 people in the Newcastle office.

    The company puts on free sports activities on Monday and Wednesday evenings (football, netball, yoga, running club, boxing etc).

    FRG has a very defined culture; it's a sales environment where everyone is expected to work hard and contribute. There's lots of targets and this certainly isn't for everyone, but if you're ambitious and want to progress your sales / recruitment career quickly, I don't believe there's anywhere like it in Newcastle. Consultants who hit their targets progress to Senior Consultant within 12-18 months, and you can be in a leadership position within three years. 99% of the management team started as trainees and have progressed through the ranks by working hard and hitting their targets.

    There's loads of incentives so if you hit your targets you're rewarded really well. There's individual rewards as well as team and office incentives. Everyone is invited to the monthly First Thursday event, and the top 20 consultants every month are invited to Lunch Club where you enjoy fine dining on a Friday afternoon at one of the cities best restaurants.

    In 2017 FRG took on 15 Placement Students from local universities. They've been a great addition to the Newcastle office and the programme is being repeated in 2018/19.

    The social side is great. Lots of people at FRG have met really good friends here and the team culture is really strong.

    The training is excellent. They have an in-house training team and every week there's training on recruitment process, the CRM system, your tech product, business development & sales etc.

    Overall, FRG is a great company to work for with an excellent culture where everyone has the same opportunity to be successful, progress their career and earn a strong salary.


    In recruitment you get out what you put in. At FRG if you give 100% you will get loads back. If you're not looking to join a fast-growing company with high expectations then this isn't the place for you.
