On top of a base salary, you can earn commission on every deal you make.

Meeting our target of two deals a month would yield $100,000 per year, with many of our consultants earning far more.

That’s why in 2019, we’ve decided to make St Martin’s School in Nairobi, Kenya, our global charity of the year. All of our fundraising and charitable efforts throughout the year will go towards supporting this incredible educational endeavor.
Located in Kibagare, one of the poorest slums in Nairobi, the school provides a safe environment where children can play, learn, and receive regular meals, giving them the opportunity to excel.
We recruit in markets that involve niche technologies, and we’re aware that they are candidate-short markets with plenty of financial opportunities for those with the relevant. To ensure these children have the tools they need to develop these skills, we’re committing to raise funds for—and build—Tech Labs in the secondary school at St Martin’s.
We will also be offering pupils resume workshops and 1-2-1 coaching and will be organizing several volunteering trips to help with the maintenance of the school and to set up any hardware.

I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time (Less than a year)
This is truly an exciting, vibrant and great company to work for. The atmosphere is one of the best I have ever worked at and it really allows me to succeed and reach my full potential.
FRG also understands that its employees are not automatons that they expect to be fully experienced recruitment experts they can abuse. I found it quite hard to adjust to the work hours to begin with in the first couple of weeks but my managers were understanding as they saw the potential in me and knew I wanted to succeed, we spoke over the problems I was having and helped me overcome them. Other companies would have just booted me out but not FRG!
Finally the two week boot-camp is very interactive and knowledgeable that teaches you all that you need to know so they don't discriminate against people with lack of Sales experience.

P.S. The after work drinks on a Friday in Monument is the best way to wind down!!!
The hours are long but that's what you need to put in if you want to succeed and your fellow workers are in the same boat to you so you slug it out together.
Pay can be low compared to other Recruitment companies but the facilities and market knowledge this company has gives you a far better chance to make commission.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Frank Recruitment Group.
Phone call followed by a technical task to complete - this was creating a basic CRUD blog with a login system from scratch, using no external packages.
Following this, a face to face interview which was quite relaxed - asking about background, experience, going over details on CV followed by a set of prepared questions.
