    Our team recently attended the Call North West Contact Centre Awards 2019 to celebrate the dedicated teams and individuals who provide outstanding contact centre customer service.
    The evening was made even more special as Freedom Finance picked up the award for Sales Agent of the Year, alongside our brilliant employee Laurianna Ford, who works in our Stockport centre.

    We nominated Laurianna, who has worked at Freedom Finance for over three years, for the passion, drive and work ethic that she displays on a daily basis.

    This year we were proud to be nominated across six categories; Customer Service Agent of the Year, Team Leader of the Year and Hero of the Year.

    The awards not only celebrate the achievements of people, but also act as a valuable exercise in confidence-building and presentation skills, as finalists are required to deliver a ten-minute presentation showcasing their work over the last twelve-months to the judging panel, and answer questions.

The Community

As well as supporting local charities on an annual basis, we support community initiatives through BW3 at our Wythenshawe office and from our Doncaster office initiates to support M25 Housing (supporting the homeless) and Help for Homeless Veterans. Some of these initiatives include:

The Environment

    I have been working at Freedom Finance full-time (More than 3 years)


    From when I started at Freedom Finance over two years ago I noticed straight away that all the people were really approachable, helpful and friendly. It's still like that now, all the agents are nice and the management team are amazing. If you want progression opportunities then they will do their utmost to make sure you get there.


    The parking situation can be a bit tricky because not everyone has an allocated space.

    Advice to Management

    Just keep being lighthearted and fun. It's what makes me enjoy coming to work every day.

    I applied through other source. I interviewed at Freedom Finance.


    The interview process at Freedom was the probably the best I have come across. Everyone made me feel at ease and I felt very comfortable at each stage of the process. The interviews weren’t your typical "straight to the point" style, it really gave me the opportunity to chat and get a feel for the business, job role and those you would be working with. I really liked that the interview gave me the chance to demonstrate what I was capable of rather than solely focusing on my CV and past experience. The invites and feedback were delivered promptly and I was kept appropriately informed through the whole process.

    • The questions in each interview stage varied, but initially I was asked about my interest in the role and past achievements. Although it was an "interview" I felt the questions always flowed more like a conversation than a Q&A, which was refreshing in comparison to previous interviews I had attended.   Answer Question
