I have been working at Freedom Finance full-time (More than a year)
I work in the Doncaster office and the buzz in the office is great! There is always incentives going on and moral boosting activities to really liven up the day. The area has lots of food establishments to get your lunch fix and we are partial to a take out on a Friday! The management really listen to their employee's and the higher management have monthly meetings with all staff members to gain feedback.
As any company it has its ups and downs but everyone is there to support each other. The process does change a lot and people have to be able to adapt to change quickly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Freedom Finance (Manchester, England) in August 2015.
Great initial process, telephone interview, coffee chat, the an interview with a presentation. I made a hash of interview I was that bad the HR lady was falling asleep. When I asked for feedback the HR assistant gave it me. I thought it would have been common courtesy for one of the interviewers to give it.
