I have been working at Freedom Finance full-time (More than a year)
I have been here 2 years, and over the last year there have been lots of changes. Things seem to get done quicker. You work hard but the culture and environment makes it enjoyable. I have not yet got up in the morning and thought i don't want to go to work!
Communication could be better, although it has improved over the last 6 months
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Freedom Finance (Wythenshawe, England) in June 2017.
My interview was on the 27/06/2017, Interview process was nice and relaxed, standard interview questions which was fine. I was offered a drink, if I needed anything. When I arrived I wasn't sure where to go and a lady who was on her way home kindly took me into the office and introduced me, whole process made me feel at ease. What stood out for me was the off the cuff questions that was asked by Joe, it felt like there was an actual interest in my answer which we would discuss after, we had some good discussions and shared some ideas. Was interesting to see a call centre with similar customer focused ethos as where I am now. I'll put easy for the interview, but by that I mean it wasn't stressful and felt like a 2 way conversation. Thank's Joe, and forgive me, I don't remember the lady's name (don't mark me down for that), they both made me feel welcome. Just waiting for results. Please excuse the interview question below.
