Mission: @Freedom we help connect people with their dreams
I worked at Freedom Finance full-time (More than a year)
Have just completed a fantastic two years at freedom & strongly recommend - their ambitious expansion plans mean opportunities to get involved in a variety of work that just wouldn’t be available elsewhere, & you’re trusted & supported to succeed even if you may not have direct previous experience in these areas. There are the same disagreements you would find in any workplace but overall everyone really is pulling in the same direction, & the genuine friendly people ensure it maintains that small company feel however much it grows.
Statutory hours are unnecessarily long; trust people to get the job done & they’ll usually stay late enough to ensure it is without being forced to.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Freedom Finance (Wythenshawe, England) in June 2017.
My interview was on the 27/06/2017, Interview process was nice and relaxed, standard interview questions which was fine. I was offered a drink, if I needed anything. When I arrived I wasn't sure where to go and a lady who was on her way home kindly took me into the office and introduced me, whole process made me feel at ease. What stood out for me was the off the cuff questions that was asked by Joe, it felt like there was an actual interest in my answer which we would discuss after, we had some good discussions and shared some ideas. Was interesting to see a call centre with similar customer focused ethos as where I am now. I'll put easy for the interview, but by that I mean it wasn't stressful and felt like a 2 way conversation. Thank's Joe, and forgive me, I don't remember the lady's name (don't mark me down for that), they both made me feel welcome. Just waiting for results. Please excuse the interview question below.
