Application
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in December 2015.
Interview
There was no actual interview with the employer, the whole interviewing process was done through an employment agency. The interview consisted of an explanation of what the job was going to be, this was done as a group of 8 to 10 people. After everyone agreed to understanding the requirements we were all asked to fill out a brief informal competency test. There were few direct questions asked and most of the questions were asked by the group to the interviewers.
