I worked at Friends Life full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great people, great customers and focused on the right outcome for customers in challenging times. A real can do company

    Cons

Lots to do in terms of creation of the new brand and positioning itself in the market. An evolving a changing focus and then further complicated by the Aviva takeover

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Friends Life (Bristol, England) in February 2015.

    Interview

Telephone interview followed by a 2 hour written assessment then a face to face interview.
One of the worst I have been through and ultimately it meant nothing as i was told quite clearly that I didn't do very well on the written interview yet i still got the job.

    Interview Questions

    • Really long winded question with a lot of figures an KPI information that amounted to the fact that you were under staffed.   1 Answer
