You wear a lot of hats here. Sometimes this is a good thing, sometimes a bad thing.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at FundApps.

    Interview

Received confirmation of application quickly, followed by a initial request to meet the CTO over coffee. Discussion was informal, relaxed and basically involved getting to know each other. Second/third round interviews were more structured and on site - involving in depth technical questions with two devs, before moving onto a pair programming exercise with another dev.
