I have been working at GBG part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I worked in one of the businesses acquired by GBG and have really been welcomed into the GBG family.
When I went on maternity leave my boss and my team were not only supportive of all the decisions I made but worked with me to enable me to come back and work flexibly.
Their continued support as I juggle work and home life has really been amazing.
My boss has been super supportive of my career offering me lots of opportunities to learn and develop as well as attend professional events that have enhanced my learning.
We are about to move to new offices and I have been involved in helping put together some really exciting new events that will make our new office a really fun place to be.
GBG are so friendly, its one of the most welcoming places I have worked
I work with a great team of people who are engaged and really care about delivering great customer service

    Cons

Sometimes it is not always easy to find out how something should be done, it takes a bit of digging about to find the right person to contact or process to follow, which can be a bit frustrating.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at GBG (London, England) in February 2016.

    Interview

very detailed, 2 telephone and 1 face to face. was given ample time to prepare. also have been asked to deliver a presentation to a panel. the decision was delivered almost immediately which really helped.
