    Pros

Ownership, responsibility and accountability - you are supported and have access into coaching/ mentoring and guidance. But the emphasis is on you to own this, reach out and manage your career (definitely a good thing !)

    Cons

Work/ Life balance is promoted strongly - but the reality is still a case where this can be a struggle.

    Advice to Management

There are still pockets of areas where there is room for improvement in living the GE values.

Caring about Impact and NEVER Giving Up! - GE Careers Blog

In November, twelve GE HR colleagues and I (plus our leader's 16-year-old daughter) traveled to rural Malawi with non-profit buildOn to build a school in the Kasungu district.
